RETURNS

Westside Lowriders offers a 7 day return on clothing items and accessories for store credit only. Please have your purchase record in full, receipt, shipping information. The item must be unused and in new condition.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to begin the process.

We do not cover return shipping back and forth unless a fulfilment error was made by us with your order, or your order item is faulty and not working as it should be.

We do not offer returns for accidental or incorrect purchase, change of mind, or unwanted gifts.

We do not offer returns on open, used or worn items.

SHIPPING

How is the order delivered?

All bikes and accessories ship via Startrack Road Express with shipping rates calculated at checkout, based on destination & weight.

Australian orders received before 10:00am AEDT on business days will be dispatched on the same day. All Australian orders received after 10:00am AEDT will be dispatched on the next business day. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

All orders are shipped via Startrack Road Express from Melbourne, Australia. Once your order has been collected by Startrack, you will receive your shipment tracking information via the email address used to place your order. Please check their postage and delivery calculator for estimated delivery times to your area. Delivery may take longer to some rural areas, such as the Northern Territory and Western Australia, so please consider this when choosing your delivery option.
